Scientific Presentation Guidelines
Theme: Autoimmune Disorders and Ayurveda: Integrative Approaches with Herbal Medicine
General Instructions
- Abstracts are invited from academicians, clinicians, researchers, postgraduate scholars, and students from Ayurveda, modern medicine, and allied health sciences.
- All abstracts must be in English and should reflect original work that has not been previously published or presented.
- Submission implies consent for publication in the conference souvenir/proceedings.
Theme Areas for Submission
Abstracts should align with the conference theme. Sub-themes include:
- Conceptual Integration of Immunology with Ayurvedic Parameters: Prakṛti, Agni, Satmya, Sattva and Kāla
- “Ayurvedic Foundations of Immunity: Anatomical and Physiological Perspectives on Dhātu Sāra, Ojas, Bala and Vyādhikṣamatva.”

Abstract Format
Prepare your abstract strictly as per the format below:
- Title: Concise, maximum 20 words; use Title Case.
- Word Limit: 250–300 words, excluding title, author details, and keywords.
- Structure: Background & Objectives, Materials & Methods, Observations/Results, Conclusion.
- Keywords: 3–5 keywords provided below the abstract.
- Language: English only. Avoid abbreviations in the title. All Sanskrit terminologies should be presented in standard transliteration.
Author Details
- Provide full names of all authors along with their affiliations.
- The first author should be the presenting author.
- Include email ID and mobile number of the corresponding author.
- A maximum of four authors is permitted per abstract.
Submission Process
- Registration for the conference is mandatory.
- Mode: Submit the abstract through the conference website.
- Last Date for Submission: 30th August 2026.
Review & Selection
- All abstracts will undergo peer review by the Scientific Committee.
- Acceptance will be communicated via email.
- Selected abstracts will be assigned for oral or poster presentation at the discretion of the Scientific Committee.
- Best oral and poster presentations will be awarded.
Certification
- The presenting author must attend the conference to receive the certificate.
- Certificates can be availed on the last day of the seminar.
- Unique barcoded certificates can be availed on the last day of the seminar.
